A few weeks ago I met Shep and his parents for their Newborn Lifestyle Session. Due to weather, we waited till Shep was about 2 weeks old and he ROCKED his session. With awesome calm parents and his mom being awesome at swaddling, Shep was a doll. She told me all about Moms On Call Swaddling on Youtube. I think Im going to have to try this with my sweet boy when he arrives in a few months. Shep's nursery was adorable with a camping/outdoor theme and just loved all the natural light coming into the room. We utilized his room, the sun porch, and the guest bedroom. With a Newborn Lifestyle Session, I try to capture the baby, parents, and their home to tell their story. We even got their "first kid" in the photos, their dog! I hope you enjoy Shep's newborn photos as much as I do. Such a sweet family! So I do give Grandma credit for being the baby whisper for the next image. And I had to document it for her! She had the magic touch and we got the next image because of it. Sometimes, its a total team effort to get those special images. :) We ended the session with Mr. Shep sleeping in his crib and his GREAT protector not too far from him. He took his Big Brother job very seriously. :) Kirsten Lee Photography reaches out to clients in Douglasville, Ga and Metro Atlanta areas.
