We found out last spring that we were expecting our third child and as of today, I'm 20 weeks along.  Half way there!  As you can see, our kids are SUPER excited about having a baby around the house.  Earlier in my pregnancy, I was lucky to be awake and feel good so I finally got out the camera while we were on vacation last week.   Down the street from my in-laws was a beautiful field of wild flowers.  It might have been the shortest session EVER due to the HUGE mosquitos that were there.      Boy, they were awful!!! 

Due to my age, I got the pleasure of visiting the specialist.  {insert eye roll here}  But it just means I get to see my sweet baby more through an ultrasound.  So at 13.5 weeks, the ultrasound tech told me she was 90% sure she knew the gender!! She wrote it down for me and I brought it home for the kids to open.  I also was having blood taken for tests and to identify the gender so a few weeks later…it was 100% confirmed that the ultrasound tech was CORRECT!!! 

So here you go….we are so excited to say that we are having another baby BOY!!! 

And to make it even more exciting…we have decided his name.

I recently purchased a tripod and a wireless remote for my camera.  So far the only the photos that I've taken have been with my cell phone so I thought this would be a fun way for me to document the rest of my pregnancy. The kids came into my office and thought it was so funny that I could take a picture through a remote! So glad I got them in the photo.


20 weeks along.   

So what does that mean for Kirsten Lee Photography this Fall? 

I'll be working and taking session till November 1.  This is to ensure that I can have all images and orders back to my awesome clients in time for the holidays.  Also, I love each and everyone one of my clients but I'm sure y'all don't want to see me squatting on the ground at 36 weeks pregnant. ;)  ha! 

Currently booking sessions for August, September, and October.  

I'll be placing sessions on the calendar starting August 6th for all clients that have secured their session with the $50 retainer.  Weekends always fill up fast for September and October so please make sure to book your session early.  Can't wait to capture your sweet family this fall!
