A Month of Social Distancing Since I'm home, I figured I'd share our time at home. You know I can't NOT take photos. It's a great creative outlet for me and of course this time in our lives it something that needs to be documented. Our family is home safely and doing our part to help with social distancing. We pray and are thankful for the front line workers that get up and work everyday during this COVID-19 pandemic. We pray for those effected by this pandemic and those that have lost loved ones. Now, first let me confess that I do use both my cell phone and my DSLR camera. This time at home as allowed for me to photograph my kids more often than normal AND even get a little creative. Thankful for my daughter who enjoys it!! If you've been around for a while now, you know that I LOVE using my cell phone and always share easy ways to improve your cell phone images. This mom of three can't always juggle her big girl camera every where she goes! I kicked off our social distancing with a {free} mini camera class over in my Facebook Group! I had originally planed a camera walk but to make sure we were ALL safe, we did it together on-line! We had a great time, great participation, and we learned a ton. I grabbed my DSLR and participated along side everyone too. Stay tuned as I'm hoping to get my beginner camera class on-line! The week of Spring Break {Social Distancing Edition} I put out a {free} Photo Scavenger Hunt for families! My kids had a BLAST playing and helping get some social media content photos. It was fun to see my big kids really work together. My little guy loved being able to participate as well. I created a scavenger for my little clients as well! Just like many of you; we've kept busy with distance learning, trying to balance working at home with kids, "socializing" with friends on Zoom, baking, cooking, and thankful to be able to enjoy this Spring weather! My mood is MUCH better when the SUN is SHINNING! But I can't wait to get back to work!! Thankful my daughter allows me to photograph her and keep my creative juices flowing!! Goofy & All! When it is safe, you know I'll be back full force photographing all my amazing clients and teaching camera classes. If you are new here and local to the Atlanta area or Douglasville, make sure to join my VIP team. I give 10% off your first session for joining. Plus you're the first one to know anything about sessions and classes! Need something to do while social distancing in your home? Check out my free cell phone tips or photo scavenger hunt!
